Name, email address, and password when you register.
Your child's name, age, and developmental information you provide during profiling. This information is entered by you and is used solely to personalise the app experience.
Activities completed, ratings given, goals selected, and modules used. This helps us improve the app and personalise your daily plan.
Device type, operating system, and app version for technical support and performance monitoring.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as medical records, diagnoses, or financial information.

The BASICS app is designed for use by parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Child profile information (name, age, developmental observations) is entered by the parent or caregiver and is treated with the highest level of care. This information is used only to personalise the app experience and is not shared with third parties.
If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at care@mywellnesshub.in and we will promptly delete that information.

We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the app (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics). These providers are contractually bound to keep your data confidential.
If your child's therapist has set up a Home Plan or Therapy Plan through BASICS Pro, the therapist will have access to the goals and activity data relevant to your child's plan. You consent to this access when you connect with a therapist on BASICS.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting care@mywellnesshub.in.

BASICS is available in India, the United Kingdom, and other countries. If you are accessing the app from outside India, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in India, where our servers are located.

For users in the United States, we comply with applicable US privacy laws including COPPA with respect to children's data.
