BASICS gives parents a clearer place to start. It is an early intervention and home-support app that turns developmental goals into simple activities parents and children can practise together. Instead of asking you to search through hundreds of activities, BASICS helps identify relevant goals and gives you three guided activities for the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Communication is only one part of the app. BASICS also includes occupational therapy activities, social-emotional learning, oral motor and articulation practice, daily living skills, toilet training, early learning, video modeling, and 250+ learning games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For toddlers with autism, speech delay, or other developmental needs, the aim is not more screen time. It is to give parents practical guidance they can carry into play, meals, dressing, and other everyday routines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BASICS can support home practice, but it does not diagnose autism or speech and language disorders, and it does not replace an assessment or individualized therapy when professional support is needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
